Saw make-up. Halloween makeup from the Saw movie is suitable for both men and women. The main features of the image

Once upon a time, Halloween was considered a serious holiday and was celebrated with various traditions that were unquestioningly honored. To this day, Halloween has come in the form of a fun celebration that allows you to fool around, change into costumes and make fun of your friends. Halloween paraphernalia is really unlike anything else. Once a year, people can try on the outfits of some evil spirits and calmly walk around the city.
Despite the fact that Halloween is not yet very firmly established in our country, some traditions are already beginning to coexist. So far, the most common of these is the costume party. This action is most popular, naturally, among young people.

The costume is, of course, the main link for going to such a party. However, no less important attribute of the image is makeup or makeup for Halloween. In many cases, it can also make up most of the costume itself, as in the case of the vampire costume. If you are planning to attend or, better yet, organize a costume party and are not sure which Halloween makeup to choose, here are some ideas. If you have special makeup paints - great! If not, regular cosmetics will do.

So, the best Halloween looks. TOP 10 options for "scary makeup"

1. Vampires

The vampire is one of the most popular and often used Halloween looks. At any holiday party, you will invariably find at least one vampire, although more often than not there are quite a few. The advantage of this image is that vampires at different times, in different nations and in different genres of culture are described in different ways, so if there are a lot of vampires at a party, there is a chance that they will all look different. You can be, for example, the mysterious vampire queen, the pale, bald Dracula from old movies, the vampire fighter for justice like in Blade, or the newfangled apathetic vampire like Edward Cullen.

The vampire look is also very popular because of the ease of applying makeup. If you don't want to bother, you can just cover your face with light powder, making it deathly pale, paint your eyes with red shadows, draw blood flowing from your mouth with red lipstick, and purchase false fangs. Voila, you are a vampire! With such a make-up, the costume is not always important, since there is no clear image and you can just wear something dark.

Well, if you're ready to sit on Halloween makeup for a bit longer, here are some vampire look ideas.

Here are a couple of video tutorials on how to create a Halloween vampire look:

2. Zombie

The second frequent guest at Halloween costume parties is zombies. With this make-up, you will already need to try, a simple blood line near the mouth cannot be done. To date, so many zombie films have been made that everyone seems to know how they should look. The plus is that you can make up a zombie at the beginning of its transformation, when the zombie is not so scary:

Or, if you have a lot of time and are ready to work hard, you can make yourself an experienced zombie who has come a long way and has seen all the sorrows of the life of his own kind:

Here is a small schematic instruction on how you can draw a zombie using face painting:

Well, a couple of videos on how to make zombie makeup:

3. Witches

Halloween makeup in the form of a witch is also held in high esteem at holiday parties. Here you can already show your imagination with might and main, since the images of witches are very diverse. You can make up like a terrible old witch woman with warts. You can become a pale enigmatic witch in the style of a pannochka from Viy. You can dress up in the style of a sexy witch on a broomstick. Or take a cartoon image as a basis. In general, the field for ideas is spacious.

Well, again, a couple of videos on how to do witch makeup:

4. Images of animals

Another popular Halloween makeup is animals. As a rule, these are cats, mice, dogs, snakes, tigers and many others. Again, your ingenuity is at stake. Here are some options.

5. Cast

Also, a fairly popular type of Halloween makeup is ghost makeup. It's quite easy to make - sometimes it's enough to just make the face very pale and draw dark circles under the eyes. And that's it, you ghost!

Well, a few video tutorials on creating an image of ghosts:

6. Images of famous killer characters

Halloween is a holiday of fear. And what is not as frightening as the cult characters of maniacs and murderers from books, films, legends and reality. Frequent guests of costume parties today are Freddy Krueger, Jason, Hannibal Lector, Joker, the masked maniac from the Saw movie, Chucky doll, the Scream mask and many others. Over the history of culture, many different negative heroes have accumulated. Dig into the filmographies or bibliography, any interesting idea may come up. Here are some options.

7. Positive characters

Who said that it must be scary? Halloween looks can be positive too. Very often people wear costumes of princes and princesses, fairies, mermaids, angels, sorceresses, superheroes and the like. Find inspiration in your favorite children's stories or cartoons.

The costumes of Tim Burton's cartoon characters, especially "Corpse Bride", are also very popular abroad.

8. Mexican skulls

In Latin America, there is such a holiday as the Day of the Dead, the symbol of which is a skull with sweets, which is sacrificed to the dead. It was this skull in various variations that became popular as makeup for Halloween.

9. Dolls, clowns, circus performers

In cinema and literature, there are very frequent cases when positive characters such as clowns, dolls and circus representatives become negative characters. Take, for example, the well-known creepy clown from the work of Stephen King "It". You can take this concept as a basis for your Halloween makeup.

10. Just scary

Who said that you absolutely have to be any particular hero or character? You can come up with an just creepy look by adding, for example, a third eye to your face, or by drawing a large scar.

You can think of a lot of ideas for Halloween makeup, since, in fact, nothing limits you. Of course, Halloween is, first of all, a holiday associated with the other world and all kinds of evil, so the costumes of negative characters, heroes and personalities always prevail at parties. However, you can dream up and come up with something original, this will only make you stand out from the boring images.

Greetings to everyone gathered on the blog today! We will discuss a topic that is non-trivial, but relevant in these autumn days - Halloween makeup. It can be done in a variety of ways, presenting a variety of images at the holiday.

Not everyone celebrates this holiday, but many people like to stand out from the crowd. And what if not competent makeup can contribute to this?) Although in this case it's more makeup.

I have already mentioned in passing one of the options for a terrible make-up. It's time to continue the topic

DIY Halloween makeup photo for girls and girls

Although makeup is predominantly a female occupation, the masquerade erases all boundaries, so we will not forget about men either. However, first, we will still consider options for the weak half of humanity.

Doll

Makeup here should be not so much bright as emphasizing doll elements: all sorts of seams, buttons, plump lips, etc.

The most important thing is to highlight the eyes. They have to be big and naive. The eyebrows are also worth painting.

As you understand, it will be difficult for guys to apply this particular type. But if you don't press on the painted lips, then everything will be ok. Although I doubt that guys will want to appear as a scary ken on Halloween.

The simplest option seems to me to be this step-by-step master class. You will need: a white base (you can use foundation), PVA glue, paper napkins, eye shadows in bright colors, lipstick, a dark eyeliner and eyebrow pencil.

  1. Using PVA, gently apply paper towels as shown.
  2. Apply foundation (you can also powder it)
  3. Next, we use the shadows and pencil. Most importantly, outline as large an area as possible that simulates the line of the eyes (to enhance the effect, you can fill in the area under the eyes with white shadows).
  4. Line your eyebrows, paint your lips.

If the idea of \u200b\u200ba doll image haunts you, and this step-by-step explanation seems too simple to you, then I advise you to watch the MK on doll makeup in video format:

Angel

Plunge into the image of a star - become a gloomy angel for the holiday.

Cat

This look is classic, very pretty, and not as intimidating as many traditional Halloween ideas. For it, you will need face painting or simple gouache. You can also use ordinary cosmetics such as black eyeliner, eye shadow and mascara - that's enough.

Most importantly, stock up on matching ears and a choker to complement your Halloween look. By the way, in this form, you can easily play the famous catwoman. Only the suit remains to be obtained.

The second option is even simpler.

In order to make your makeup more interesting, I advise you to watch this master class:

Witch

Everything is quite simple here, even napkins with glue are not needed. Prepare: black and red eyeliner and lip liner, white or very light makeup base and red lipstick.

To create a transition of colors on the lips: apply red lipstick, and in the corners of the lips - black pencil and blend.

By the way, with this makeup, you can make the image of a cat, mentioned earlier.

Sugar Skull

I already wrote about the male version of the skeleton in the previous article about Halloween costumes. And now is the time for the female version called "sugar skull". This unusual make-up came to us from a holiday related to Halloween - the Day of the Dead, celebrated in Mexico (by the way, it takes place on November 1-2, that is, almost on the eve of All Saints Day).

For him, it is better to use not only ordinary make-up tools, but also masquerade face paints (can be purchased at stationery stores). By the way, in the simplest variation, this makeup can be done as a child's.

A dead bride

This is, of course, not a living bride, but a corpse bride (as can be understood from the name). The highlight of the makeup is in the black lines near the eyes, imitating deep hollows and in a black speck on the lips, applied with a pencil.

The principle of application resembles the previous options.

Do you remember Emily from Tim Burton's Corpse Bride? Makeup with her is easy to recreate if you watch this master class from YouTube:

Demon (devil)

Shadows here go beyond the boundaries of the eyebrows. After applying them, paint the fiery flashes with black and red eyeliners.

Pay attention to an interesting way of coloring the Demon's cheekbones: holding the scarf, paint the line of the cheekbones with red shadows or blush.

The lips are colored in a manner similar to the witch. It turns out a bright fiery devilish makeup, which is easy enough to repeat yourself.

Even cooler (and even somewhat simpler, except for the horns) was made festive makeup here:

Zombie

In my opinion, the main emphasis in zombie makeup is characteristic spots and scars. You can make them like this: apply PVA glue, as in the photo. On top, gently apply toilet paper. Paint it well with red paint and powder. Then take a red lip gloss and highlight the hollows.

Guys can also use this method.

And to find out how to paint your face for such a body makeup, I advise you to take a look at this mk:

Nurse

A popular image that is easy to reproduce at home. For him, the most important thing is the entourage, which is achieved through competent makeup and various simple attributes. A medical mask and a gown will be enough to make you a real scary nurse.

Accentuate the lips and eyes for a complete look. Unusual lenses will also help to achieve the result.

You can see the step-by-step video of reincarnation as a nurse below:

Mickey Mouse (Minnie Mouse)

For friend Mickey, you will need to do a bright evening make-up with the addition of a black nose and use the heroine's traditional round ears. Don't forget to stock up on some chic false eyelashes to complete the look of lovely Minnie.

If you want the face to look more like a cartoon character, then try experimenting with arrows and pay special attention to lip makeup.

And a completely different vision of Minnie awaits you in the video below. Perhaps this is the bow closest to the original.

Cobweb (Spider Queen)

You can create this look with black eyeliner and dark shadows. Mark with dots the places through which the lines of the web should pass. From the upper eyelid, draw several spider lines (one to each point) at the same distance from each other. Don't forget about the cross lines to complete the pattern.

You can complement the character with a pale lip gloss.

The web can be made in a slightly different way, without using the eyelid itself.

The Queen of Spades

For the first version of such a Halloween makeup, it will be enough to apply white makeup and the attributes of the ruler of cards. Maybe you want to make a lady of hearts? Decide on the suit and boldly apply the pattern, seasoning it with sparkles or rhinestones. Accentuate the eye color with lip color.

An interesting vision of the bloody lady of spades is presented in this video with a detailed master class on creating.

Harley quinn

The popularity of this character has served as an incredibly hyped movie "Suicide Squad" with accompanying comics. At one time, there were even memes on the Internet about Harley and Halloween: they say, all the girls will now transform into her for this holiday. Whether it is true or not, you can judge, and see the makeup of this young lady with a detailed description below.

Make-up paints will be involved; in the absence of them, you can use simple gouache.

It is not surprising that more than one makeup video was made on Harley Quinn.

Halloween makeup video at home

In the video master classes, you will see some more interesting ideas on how to do a very scary makeup: a numb maiden, a vampire and some other characters. Used for them, again, ordinary cosmetics.

Mermaid

The adorable little mermaid may not be the most familiar character for Halloween, but very suitable. You can make it very creepy if you want, but I suggest you pay attention to the cute interpretation of such a Halloween idea.

Ideas for the scariest male makeup

Lest guys worry, here are some rules for a masculine makeup that will definitely look like makeup, not girly evening makeup:

  • Never use mascara (only for streaks and patterns on the face)
  • If makeup involves lipstick, then paint fangs, evil grins, etc.
  • Leave the sequins to the girls. For you, only matte colors.

And here are some specific ideas that you can implement yourself.

This concludes the article. There is still a lot of time before the holiday, but who knows when a masquerade will happen in your life?)

See you soon! Come again!

Best regards, Anastasia Skoreeva

Hi Amanda. I want to play the same game with you ...
If these words tell you something - below is a short lesson on how to become a doll, personifying the series of thrillers "Saw".

Although the name of Billy is not mentioned in the franchise, the members of the crew have referred to the doll that way for all additional material to the films. I personally am not a fan of horror, and "Saw" itself causes me the highest degree of disgust, but again I can not resist the bright image that can be easily embodied in makeup.
For readers who are far from the genre, I will explain: "Saw" is a series of thrillers united by a common plot: people fall into terrible cunning traps, from which they cannot get out or get out with significant injuries. The director of these "games" is the central character - John Kramer, nicknamed "Saw", a brilliant engineer and psychologist who believes that he helps the survivors begin to truly appreciate their mortal existence. He addresses the victims through audio and video recordings, in the latter it is the Billy doll that appears.

Before the first self-shot, I managed to apply a moisturizer and a porosity primer, smooth my eyebrows with glue (if you thought "chivooo, sick or something", then a little more).
A few words about makeup. This time I used a cream-based makeup - it feels much more comfortable on the skin, it is easy to use all the features of facial expressions with it. For a party, I would prefer it, but the creamy makeup must be very well fixed with powder, otherwise it may slide out. It is also absorbed by the skin and can fall into the pores, so I recommend a primer like the Benefit POREfessional.
Water-based make-up (I used black in this tutorial) dries the skin and without proper preparation of the "canvas" it can even crack. But it is easier to layer. So I would use it for short-term events and photography.
I was wondering something and for some unknown makar I covered my neck with white, although it will be black. I mixed a little light foundation with the makeup to make it less dense. I carefully fix everything with a transparent finishing powder.

The trick of make-up in this case is that the image "works" only with closed eyes if you don't understand. That is, I draw the doll's eyes on the eyelids.
1. With a black pencil and eyeliner I outline the oval contour of the eye, immediately paint over the mucous membranes.
2. With black shadows I designate the contour of the eyebrows - as such, Billy does not have eyebrows, only strongly protruding superciliary arches, so I try to add volume to the space above and between the eyes. I use a beveled and soft blending brush.
3. I paint over the space between the eyelashes with black eyeliner and outline the iris of the eye with red eyeliner.
4. I fill in the circle of the iris, trying to make it as round as possible. Due to the structure of the eye and the slightly overhanging eyelid, my shape nevertheless turned out to be a little oval, so I send rays of envy to the owners of an open gaze or the Asian eyelid (which is perfect for such closed-eyed make-up)
5. In the middle I draw a black pupil with eyeliner (I did this stage at the end, so in the following photos the “eyes” are still blind). I paint the eyelashes with black ink, but here it is advisable not to overdo it - the eyelashes should not go beyond the contour of the drawn eye, that is, I just “erase” them from sight with ink.
6. Raise my eyelids, I will laugh.
In fact, painting on my own closed eyes is a dubious pleasure, so I took rough photos to check the symmetry.

With black shadows and a beveled brush I outline the contours: nose, chubby cheeks, dimple on the chin. The darkening of the temples is an echo of previous work with eyebrows. I erase the white makeup from the part where the black will lie (so as not to get an indistinct gray).

I fill in the extra part of the cheekbone with black makeup.

I add volume to the cheeks and nose with black shadows.

I fill the neck with black make-up, trace the contour of the face from below in the shape of the doll's jaw. Her lower lip and chin are attached separately, so I draw two vertical lines. The upper lip is thin, longer than the lower one, does not have a tick in the center and smiles with angular tips up - I paint with matte lipstick and a brush.

I twist the spirals on both cheeks with red eyeliner (you can take lipstick again if there is no eyeliner).
I try to do it relatively evenly and symmetrically, but it's already flooded. In theory, the doll has three turns, but for me they turned out to be too small, so I had to tighten it up.

Well, I washed down the onion.

I liked this image for the laconism and minimalism of colors, I have an inexplicable weakness for combinations of two or three shades in makeup. Plus, it is quite simple to execute, so it can be taken into account for the upcoming Halloween (who is talking about what, and lousy crazy all about her bath).

Thanks for attention,
Katerina (to me on "you")

The celebration of Halloween in our country is getting bigger every year. Everyone wants to look spectacular at an All Saints Day party. Therefore, it is important to choose an image that matches the outfit and make an awesome Halloween makeup.

The original make-up for the scariest day of the year can be done independently, using cosmetics or aqua makeup. Below are the options that will make your girl the star of any party.

Corpse Bride Makeup

The image of this striking character implies the presence of an old wedding dress (preferably torn, dirty), a blue wig, a flower wreath and a veil. You also need to do the proper Halloween makeup at home.

The sequence of actions is as follows:

  1. A pale face is done using different means. The first is a mixture of blue eyeshadows with white powder, and the second is a pale blue makeup. Also, do not forget about the whole body so that the image is complete.
  2. Next - circle the eyes in purple and blue (the area around the eyebrows and under the lower eyelid). With the same shade, highlight the line of the nose, temples, cheekbones. This is done in order to emphasize thinness. Paint over the eyelids with a white pencil to form huge eyes.
  3. Outline the white filled area with black. Draw eyelashes on the outer side, highlight the nostrils. Particular attention is paid to the eyebrows. They should be thin and quite original in shape. For their clarity, eyeliner is used. Plus, you need to draw the pupils in such a way that the bride's gaze is directed upward.
  4. Paint your lips with hot pink lipstick and attach a deep blue wig.
  5. The final touch is a golden wreath. The bright image of the cartoon heroine is ready.

Harley Quinn from Suicide Squad

Following the success of Suicide Squad, this character is one of the most sought-after at Halloween parties. Harley is the Joker's crazy, ruthless and charismatic girlfriend.

Make-up can be done in stages as follows:

  1. Apply light foundation to face. With the help of shadows or paints, make accents in the eyes pink and blue, like the character. Shade thoroughly, as if paint had spread over the cheeks.
  2. Apply a bright red lipstick to your lips. You can add glitter on top.
  3. Highlight the line of the nose, cheekbones and temples in a darker tone. Line the face with black paint from the forehead to the neck under the chin. At the cheeks, the line should turn into an oblique, passing through the lower part of the cheekbones.
  4. Highlight bright eyebrows. Outline the lips in black, making small strokes with the brush. The same sloppy stripes should go along the nose, on the drawn black line of the cheekbones, next to the eyebrows. Add white color to the lower lip and upper lip.
  5. All that remains is to put on a spectacular, memorable wig and choose the right suit.
